Founder and DirectorTwenty-five years in sustainability and resilience at senior levels within Urbis, AECOM and Arup.
Roger is a service- and impact-oriented leader with a focus and passion for identifying and delivering on client needs, backed by skills in science, planning, consulting and sustainable finance. He has worked on large-scale policy, property and infrastructure projects with a focus on applying sustainability principles to programs, projects and policies.

Annabel Cole
Consultant Annabel works as a consultant at the intersection of futures, culture and nature, where sustainability is treated as a living narrative rather than a static framework. Shaped by anthropology and systems thinking, her work focuses on cultivating the conditions where ecological and cultural connection can take root.
Annabel is motivated by shaping preferable futures that move beyond standards and prioritise long-term value over short-term outcomes. Drawing on behavioural insight, she understands how futures are shaped and translates complexity into practical action that supports more purposeful outcomes for clients.
